The IYG’s travel baseball program strives to develop young people into successful athletes and leaders with character and a passion for excellence, both in baseball and in life, by focusing on five core principles: individual development, teamwork, sportsmanship and respect, leadership and competition.
Tyler LeClair acquired the baseball program in August 2021 and joins Jess Ellett to discuss the programs being offered, elaborate on the new, improved culture to IYG Baseball, the recent upgrades to the facility and his ultimate goal, which is to become one of the best travel baseball organizations in Virginia. To IYG, that refers to the level of coaching, dedication to development and value that is brought to each family and player.
